ORDERING & DELIVERY

Studio Works

Studio works are delivered on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 10AM and 4PM.

To select your delivery date, please enter your preferred date in the Special/Delivery Instructions box at checkout. Orders should be placed by 6PM at least two days before your requested delivery date to ensure availability. 

If you need delivery on a day outside our standard Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday schedule, please contact us at info@bosquenyc.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

For Interiors

Florals for Interiors arrangements are delivered weekly or biweekly, depending on your selected cadence, between 10AM and 4PM

Subscriptions begin on the Tuesday following your order placement. Tuesday deliveries are timed to provide peak freshness for your space all week. To ensure availability, please place your subscription at least two days before the start of the week. 

Subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time. In lieu of a remaining balance, store credit will be issued for any unused deliveries.

If you need delivery outside of our standard Tuesday schedule, please contact us at info@bosquenyc.com. You’re also welcome to send images of your space to this email so we can tailor each arrangement to your setting.

 

General Delivery 101

Q: How do I provide a gift message or delivery details?

A: Please include your gift message, requested delivery date, and any delivery instructions in the Special/Delivery Instructions box at checkout. Your gift message will be handwritten and included with your delivery.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: Same-day delivery isn’t available at this time.

Q: Will I be notified when my order is delivered?

A: Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation once delivery is complete.

PRODUCT & CUSTOMIZATION

Q: Do you offer custom arrangements or event florals beyond what’s listed?

A: But of course!

For projects outside our standard offerings, please submit an inquiry through our special projects submission form and we'll get back to you! 

Q: What size will my arrangement be?

A: Approximate diameters by size:

  • Standard: ~7"–10"

  • Signature: ~10"–15"

  • Luxe: ~15+"

All sizes are measured across the widest part of the arrangement.

Q: Is a vase included with my arrangement?

A: A vase is included with all arrangements. 

CARE

Q: How long will my flowers last?

A: Lifespan varies by stem, typically ranging from 5 to 10+ days. More delicate varieties may last around 3 days, while hardier stems can last over a week.

Q: How should I care for my bouquet to keep it fresh longer?

A: To extend the bouquet's life, keep it in a cool spot (ideally 35–60°F), refresh the water when it turns cloudy, and recut the stems at an angle every few days.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
