when are deliveries made and what time will my order arrive?
deliveries are made tuesday–friday between 10 am and 2 pm.
we’re unable to guarantee exact timing within this window. you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
how does delivery work?
we operate on a next-available delivery schedule to ensure the freshest seasonal flowers, with each arrangement made to order.
orders are fulfilled based on checkout timing:
- orders placed before 6 pm → next available delivery day
- orders placed after 6 pm → following delivery day
- orders placed saturday–monday → delivered tuesday
can i request a specific delivery date?
yes—within our tuesday–friday delivery schedule only. please include your requested date in the special/delivery instructions field at checkout.
how do i include a gift message or delivery notes?
include your gift message, requested delivery date, and any delivery instructions in the special/delivery instructions box at checkout. gift messages are handwritten and included with each delivery.
do you offer same-day delivery?
same-day delivery isn’t available at this time.
do you offer weekend or timed deliveries?
for event or corporate requests requiring specific timing or weekend delivery, please contact us directly.

what size will my arrangement be?
approximate diameters by size:
standard: ~7"–10"
signature: ~10"–15"
all sizes are measured across the widest part of the arrangement.
is a vase included with my arrangement?
a vase is included with all arrangements.
do you offer custom arrangements or event florals beyond what’s listed?
but of course! for projects outside our standard offerings, please submit an inquiry through our special projects submission form or reach out at studio@bosquenyc.com and we’ll get back to you!
THE SUBSCRIPTION
how do subscriptions work?
our subscription service offers recurring floral deliveries on a weekly or biweekly schedule, depending on your selected plan.
can i customize my subscription beyond the options listed?
but of course! if you’re looking for a more tailored cadence, scale, or floral direction, please inquire and we’ll be happy to design something specific to your space and needs.
can i choose a specific delivery date or timing for my subscription?
yes—specific delivery dates and timing requests can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability. please inquire and we’ll do our best to align your deliveries with your preferred schedule.
can I pause or cancel my subscription?
yes. if you need to pause or cancel your subscription, please email studio@bosquenyc.com and we will be happy to assist with adjusting your plan.
what happens to unused subscription credit?
a gift card will be issued for any unused subscription credit.
CARE
how long will my flowers last?
lifespan varies by stem, typically ranging from 4 to 7+ days. More delicate varieties may last around 4 days, while hardier stems can last over a week.
how should I care for my bouquet to keep it fresh longer?
to extend the bouquet’s life, keep it in a cool spot (ideally 35–60°F), refresh the water when it turns cloudy, and recut the stems at an angle every few days.

do you offer gift cards?
yes—gift cards are available upon request. please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange one for you.
do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?
due to the nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
