ORDERING & DELIVERY
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: While our regular delivery day is Sunday between 8–10 AM, we’re happy to accommodate other delivery times whenever possible. If you need your order sooner, simply reach out to info@bosquenyc.com after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternate delivery.
Q: When will my arrangement be delivered?
A: Between 8–10 AM on the Sunday after your order is placed.
Q: Will I be notified when my order is delivered?
A: Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation once delivery is complete.

Q: Do you offer custom arrangements or event florals beyond what’s listed?
A: But of course!
For projects outside our standard offerings, please submit an inquiry through our special projects submission form and we'll get back to you!
Q: What size will my bouquet or arrangement be?

Q: Is a vase included with my arrangement?
A: A vase is included with Designer's Edit arrangements.
CARE
Q: How long will my flowers last?
A: Lifespan varies by stem, typically ranging from 3 to 7+ days. More delicate varieties may last around 3 days, while hardier stems can last over a week.
Q: How should I care for my bouquet to keep it fresh longer?
A: To extend the bouquet's life, keep it in a cool spot (ideally 35–60°F), refresh the water when it turns cloudy, and recut the stems at an angle every few days.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
